Care Konek
BNHS Care Konek is a digital referral and case management system of Bulan National High School designed to help teachers efficiently identify, refer, and coordinate support for learners who may require guidance, psychosocial, child protection, or other appropriate interventions.
Through the platform, teachers can submit learner referrals, document relevant concerns, and connect learners with the appropriate school personnel and support services. It also supports organized case documentation, monitoring, follow-up, and coordination to help ensure that learner concerns are addressed in a timely, confidential, and systematic manner.
BNHS Care Konek strengthens the link between teachers and learner support services, providing a more accessible and coordinated process for ensuring that learners who need help are identified, referred, and supported.
